We train every Wednesday from 8:00 am in a group of max 4 exercisers.
In group classes we focus on strength training and exercises with your own body and free weights. Because strength training is not just about strengthening muscles, it helps to better health and mental well-being. It increases bone density, improves joint mobility or strengthens tendons, which reduces the risk of injury. In addition, strength training has been shown to improve mood, help manage stress and increase mental resilience.
And what to bring to your workout? Sports clothes that you are comfortable in and clean sports shoes. Towels to borrow and water is available. You can also have tea, coffee and some snacks to eat after your workout.

Individual health exercises
For clients who have undergone a physiotherapy examination with us, we also offer the possibility of follow-up individual training. We will design exercises according to your current needs to support the recovery process and prevent further difficulties.
