Processing of personal data

The Operator declares that it collects, processes and uses the Customer's personal data in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data provided by the Customer is used by the Operator for purposes such as responding to suggestions, adjusting future orders of the Customer, improving the Operator's business activities and communicating with the Customer.

The operator uses the customer's personal data only within the limits set by law and on the basis of the customer's consent. Consent or individual expressions of consent may be revoked at any time by means of a revocation notice sent by post or email to the contacts listed above.

Personal data is information about the personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person (Article 4(1) GDPR). The operator primarily processes data obtained directly from the customer. This is data provided by the customer in the context of order processing. The transmission of data takes place in encrypted form using the SSL protocol. This category does not include statistical data that cannot be directly linked to the customer and which the operator collects, for example, when a visit to the e-shop occurs.

The operator only passes on or sends the customer's personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the purposes of contractual performance or billing or if the customer has agreed to this in advance.

Customer options

According to the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, the customer is entitled to object to the processing of personal data, to request the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of data relating to the customer and to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal. In the case of automated processing of personal data based on consent or a contract, the operator shall, at the customer's request, transmit to the customer all processed data about the customer in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. The customer also has the right to request access to personal data relating to the customer.

Objection to the Operator's collection, processing or use of customer data in accordance with this Privacy Notice, in whole or in part, must be made by email or letter to the above address.

The customer's personal data will be deleted at the customer's request, unless this is precluded by statutory data retention obligations, the data is no longer required to fulfil a storage purpose or storage is permitted for other legal reasons. However, this does not apply to data necessary for order processing and order data that must be stored for tax reasons.

Cooperation with processors

In order to improve the quality of service, the operator cooperates with certain processors to whom customer data may be made available. The disclosure is made solely in connection with the e-shop services and only to the extent necessary.

The operator does not provide personal data to anyone else without the express consent of the customer.

Sending the newsletter

For the purpose of informing the customer about current offers and discounts, the operator processes the name, title and e-mail address of the customer on the basis of the consent given to the operator by the customer by subscribing to the newsletter, which can be revoked at any time.
