Management of painful menstruation and incontinence
We often see women complaining of painful menstruation and being told that it is a normal condition. We disagree with this view here and advocate that if menstruation hurts, something is not 100% right. With a proper kinesiological analysis and the setting up of a treatment plan, we can help you with pain relief.
We also address incontinence problems of any degree at any age using the PPA therapeutic method.
Physiotherapy care in pregnancy and after childbirth
Last but not least, we are happy to accompany you throughout your pregnancy, in case of any discomfort or just as a preventive measure. Our physiotherapists will teach you appropriate exercises to relieve ligament strain, SI joint pain or to support baby's turning. They can show you how to bind a rebozo, teach you how to massage the perineum before birth, or practice pushing with you during labor to minimize non-progressive and traumatic births. Combined with our range of aromatherapy, pregnancy massage on a special lounger and follow-up postnatal care for you and your baby, you can enjoy your pregnancy to the fullest with us.
Our clients' experiences
I go to physiotherapist Jana Smažíková and I am really very satisfied. I have problems with my jaw and scoliosis of the spine. After treatment and tailored exercises, I feel much better and, most importantly, I am pain-free. Jana chose exercises for me that I can do on my own at home without any problems. However, I am most grateful for the help with treating my pelvic floor. For many years, I had very painful periods, but after the examination and exercises, my first period was almost painless, and for the first time, I didn't have to take any painkillers, which was a pleasant surprise.

For me, it was absolutely professional work. After two unsuccessful shoulder operations, I have to say that thanks to the care I received at this facility, I can lift my arm again. Thank you.
