Hormonal Yoga Therapy (HJT)

Hormonal Yoga Therapy is a therapeutic method aimed at naturally stimulating the hormonal system through yoga techniques, breathing exercises and relaxation. This method was developed by Brazilian psychologist and yoga teacher Dinah Rodrigues, who specialized in the connection between yoga and hormonal balance. HJT is particularly suitable for women who suffer from hormonal imbalances, but there are also variations for men and people with thyroid problems. Through regular practice, it can naturally harmonize the hormones of the ovaries, adrenal glands, thyroid and pituitary glands.
