Jana is an experienced yoga teacher. She has established two popular yoga studios in Prague and offers individual and group classes in hatha, yin and hot yoga. She also regularly organizes instructor courses. Her extensive experience with different styles of yoga allows her to take a holistic view that takes into account the special needs of the client.
