Kinesiotaping
Kinesiotaping is a therapeutic method that involves the application of elastic bands to the skin to support the body's natural healing processes. This technique is used in rehabilitation, physiotherapy and sports medicine. The tapes, known as kinesio tapes, have a similar elasticity to human skin and allow a full range of movement, which distinguishes them from rigid sports tapes.
We use kinesiotaping for:
- Improving microcirculation and lymphatic drainage
- Supporting muscle function
- Stabilization of joints
- Pain relief
