Mgr. Nela Zdobinská

Nela is a physiotherapist with a passion for movement and healthy lifestyle. She graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University, Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy and Master's degree in applied physical activity. In her work she combines her passion for sport, which she is dedicated to not only personally but also professionally. Her biggest hobby is tennis, which she has been playing for 14 years. In addition, she works with the Bohemians 1905 football team, where she is a physiotherapist for the B team. In her daily practice she meets a wide range of orthopaedic patients, mainly in the outpatient clinic of the hospital.

In physiotherapy she focuses on modern and effective therapeutic approaches such as elements of Acral Coactivation Therapy (ACT) or DNS. She is constantly looking for new ways to further her education and plans to attend one of the larger specialist courses in the near future. Her priority is a friendly and empathetic approach to each patient. She tailors therapies to meet the individual needs of her clients with regard to their daily activities, improved mobility and overall quality of life.
