Michelle is a physical therapist who emphasizes a comprehensive approach to the body and its interrelationships in her practice. She specializes in a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, from the feet to the jaw joint. Her focus includes, for example, temporomandibular dysfunction, headaches, and tinnitus, focusing on the connection between these problems and posture and breathing.
In 2022, she successfully completed her bachelor's degree in physiotherapy at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University. During her practice, she focused on patients after orthopedic During her practice, she focused on patients after orthopedic surgery, as well as rehabilitation for back pain, acute blockages, individual exercises for children and mothers after childbirth, and consultations focused on postpartum regeneration. In addition to her expertise, empathy and an individual approach to each client are key for her. She believes that understanding patients' needs and creating a safe space for their rehabilitation are the basis for effectively improving their health and overall well-being.
Michelle speaks Czech, Italian, English, and Spanish, which allows her to ensure maximum comfort for her clients when communicating and to better understand their individual needs. In her free time, she loves yoga, nature, and traveling, where she draws inspiration for personal growth. Another interest of hers is developing creative activities that fulfill her and allow her to keep an open heart for new experiences and challenges, both in her professional and personal life.
